Welcome to this exceptional dark and moody basement! One reason we love basement developments is that they offer a clean slate that can be made into whatever our clients want it to be - this space was no exception. Leading into the living space, you are greeted by a custom archway that sets the mood for the entire basement. The living room features an electric fireplace and TV bumpout, which gives the room depth. We custom built a record cabinet, which sits in the living room as well. Black LVT with white veins and dark paint throughout make this entire basement as unique as they come. The black LVT is carried through to the bathroom which also features a black vanity with black hardware. This basement design is truly one of a kind!
