The Little Home…it’s definitely not little! We had the honour of custom building this home from the ground up. With the vision to make their home functional to raise their family, our clients chose to make their home spacious and open concept. As you walk in the front door, you will be welcomed by the grand foyer as your eyes move to the big family room, big dining room, and spacious kitchen with walk-in pantry. Throughout the home you will notice the high ceilings (9’ on the main floor, 10’ in the basement) and plethora of windows welcoming in natural light with beautiful, natural views of the property. The primary ensuite is a stunning space to relax in! It features a tiled-in double steam shower, stand alone tub, beautiful tile flooring, and double vanity. The “zen” room is the perfect space to wash all the worries away! Lots of natural night, plants, nature, and direct access to outside. The laundry room is oversized and has fun geometric square tiles. The main floor is also home to an office, two more bedrooms, and two more bathrooms. The custom railing will lead you downstairs to the massive fully finished, walkout basement. It includes a large kids playroom, two bedrooms, two bathrooms (one includes a urinal), gym, complete with a sauna, and space planned for a future golf simulator. There is in floor heat in the basement, all the bathrooms in the home, and the garage. There is a welcoming front porch to enjoy your morning coffee and massive back deck with partial coverage to enjoy the beautiful sunsets.
